It all started with a twinkle in our eyes and a sweet tooth….
Soulmates Rudolph and April started 2 Lefties Bakery in theory over thirty years ago. Our love for one another combined with a deep passion for baking for family and friends ended up being the perfect recipe for a dream come true. 2 Lefties Bakery evolved in 2021 as a showcase of our impeccable taste of pastries. We are a team of baked good connoisseurs who have mastered the art of feeding the soul through our wholesome pastries. 2 Lefties Bakery guarantees an awesome edible experience, with “every batch made from scratch!”
Meet Rudolph
Rudolph is our head baker / chef who served honorably in the US Army, he was trained at Scottsdale Le Cordon Bleu and served as a Four Seasons Resort Lead Baker in the Pastry Department. He has been in the food service industry for over 30 years and almost 20 of those years with Four Seasons Resort Hotel. Our baker uses the purist of ingredients coupled with his skillful masterful techniques to create an exceptional product. Rudolph’s experience along with our team passion create fresh baked delicacies that will satisfy your savory and sweet cravings.
